Amanda was able to get us the deal that no other dealer was willing to offer, and do it all quickly and efficiently over the phone without the haggling and high pressure those other dealerships required. She even pointed out features we didn't know about in our new car, including details we missed after months of research on the exact model. Very impressive! Did a little shopping on the website. Didn’t search, just scrolling through the cars available. Came across the ones I was interested in and found the match for me. Headed over to the dealer dressed in casual bum attire…The near perfect clothes when ready to buy a new car. Asked for someone in sales and was introduced to Amanda. Of course it was a nice rainy day and I could see a gathering of similar yellow cars out in the lot and proceeded to locate the car I found online. Amanda grabbed an umbrella and out we went to find it. She answered all of my questions while bouncing between 5-6 yellow car window stickers until we found the one…..At which point, I popped the question. “If you want to move this car today, what’s the best number total out the door you can get this to?” Went back inside, she spoke to someone in a suit, came back printed out a quote and delivered the number. I accepted it. Had everything there except the warranty options which she explained takes place with the senior finance officer when signing the paperwork. This was certainly no ordeal. 22 minutes has passed since walking through the door. No pressure sales event. I was very happy. Highly recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet and Amanda in sales if you are shopping for a new car in the Atlanta area. I like their variety of choices on the lot wide enough to avoid a custom order of their flagship vehicle. More

Amanda Burby is the best salesperson I've dealt with in decades of buying cars -- knowledgeable, personable, forthright, a good listener, committed to fairness and transparency. We purchased a 2025 Equin decades of buying cars -- knowledgeable, personable, forthright, a good listener, committed to fairness and transparency. We purchased a 2025 Equinox LT and she clearly spelled out our options, took us for a test drive in which she showed us how to use the latest technology in this vehicle. She did not pressure us the way most sales staff do, and she listened carefully as we explained what we were looking for and what we did not need or want in our vehicle. No upselling -- what a refreshing surprise! She streamlined our visit to the Finance officer, and made it clear that she is available via text or email if we have any after purchase questions or concerns (she already proved to be super-responsive to my text messages before our visit to the dealership). 10 out of 10! More
