Came in for a recall, when I picked my car up the recalled part was not installed properly (brake switch). My brake pedal was sticking so the car was not accelerate properly and when I got home my br recalled part was not installed properly (brake switch). My brake pedal was sticking so the car was not accelerate properly and when I got home my brake lights would not turn off - which I found out after hours of being home. I had to have someone else fix the new issue after not getting a call back that evening since the car may have died by morning. Got a call the next day but will not be returning. More

I got a diagnostic for over 200 dollars. I was told a $900 service might help. But it might not help. A new engine for $1600 is the only sure thing. A day later my engine light was off. I came to get my car checked out they drove the car around the block said I needed some work done on the car the service department charged me 206.00 that was to much it was there job to me know I had around the block said I needed some work done on the car the service department charged me 206.00 that was to much it was there job to me know I had to pay a fee over price the service department didn’t do anything for me to have to pay that much service fee I will not be back to Serra nissian to purchase any more cars More
