I was very skeptical of dealerships. Any other dealerships I have gone to for service, I always left feeling that I was taken advantage of. Interstate Ford is fairly new. The people are very friendly and helpful so I figured there must be a caught. My service advisor (Allen Maillet) was very transparent and kept me in the loop on what needed to be done. The work was completed when Allen said it would be. I was pleasantly surprised at what the bill was. I was expecting it to be a lot higher. I also assume like most of the dealerships in the area that I would be charged an extra 4% for using a credit card. I was wrong, they didn't. I highly recommend Interstate Ford. They exceed my expectations in every way. When I'm ready to trade,Interstate Ford will be the first place I check out. . More
