Nucar Chevrolet Service very organized and. competent. The Service Advisor assigned to us, Brandon Filipino, was excellent. We left our 2018 Buick LaCrosse Premium Hybrid to get at least one of our three non-functioning remotes working. The service tech was able to get two of them working. Unfortunately, Chevrolet Service Departments now use standardized pricing if $189.95 labor plus parts for this category of service. A few years ago, we went to Nucar Chevrolet Service for the same issue and we were charged $45.00. We know that the $189.95 amount is standardized because we took the same car with the issue to Winner Chevrolet a month or so ago. Winner charged the exact same rate $189.95 for just one remote. Unfortunately, the remote that Winner “fixed” not only did not work, but also caused several other ignition and security problems. In conclusion, even though Nucar uses the same standardized pricing that Winner used, which in my opinion is too high, at least Nucar was competent and got the job done right the first time. For this reason. I am thankful that Nucar for their friendliness, courtesy, being well organized, and above all. for their competence in getting the job done right the first time. As mentioned earlier, Nucar Chevrolet Service stands in stark contrast to Winner Chevrolet Service, which was less friendly, less courteous, disorganized, and most importantly, incompetent at fixing the customer’s problem. Apparently, the Service Department at Winner didn’t even that their result of their “service” did not work and even worse caused additional problems. Therefore, GOOD JOB NUCAR SERVICE!!! I will bring my 2018 Buick LaCrosse and my 2017 Tahoe to Nucar Service in the future if/when the need arises. NUCAR HAS EARNED MY RESPECT, AND ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS! At the dealership, Larry listened to what I wanted and my concerns and found me a great car that was everything and more.
