Once my temporary plates were close to expiring, I had to make multiple calls and send repeated texts to both my salesperson and the main office just to get a response. Even after my temp tags expired, I spent three days calling the DMV department, the manager, and various sales staff—none of whom could give me a straight answer about the status of my registration. I was repeatedly promised that my registration would arrive by specific times, but every single assurance was false. Deadlines came and went with no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they blocked my phone number—an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you're not a NY resident, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More

I received a Kelly Blue Book offer for my vehicle from this dealer and the experience to get their actual offer was horrible. I spent close to 3 hours over 2 days in their office (which was chaotic) for t this dealer and the experience to get their actual offer was horrible. I spent close to 3 hours over 2 days in their office (which was chaotic) for them to offer $700 less than the initial offer because they claimed my car needed new rear brakes. However, I had the rear brakes repaired one year ago so highly doubt their claim is true. Further, it was clear this was made up by the buying manager because when the initial salesmen came back from the inspector he told me everything looked good. It wasn't until the buying manager looked at the car (after being in their office for 2 ours) that they made this claim. It was a complete waste of time and I won't go this route again when selling my car. More

We went to this dealership to look for a Honda CRV or HRV. I found a nice HRV but the sales guy kept lightly pushing a Mazda on us & told us they could maybe take $1,200 off the price. We said okay we’ll think about it. We went back the next day and told the salesperson who was very nice & helpful that we are interested in the Mazda but we want the $1,200 off. He went to his sales manager to ask and the sales manager Ivan said “What the f**k do they think it is? A lamborghini?? No No No” loud enough for us to hear. He was not in a closed office or anything. All the sales people we met were very nice and helpful but that sales manager was disgustingly rude. More
