It was a pleasure working with Ali! Very knowledgeable on the Tacoma features and very responsive in a timely manner to any questions or concerns! They drove down and tried to get it started and we realized it was not going to. Being late Saturday they loaned me a car for the weekend and called me Monday morning to tell me my trade-in was repaired and the New Tacoma was ready for me.
