When we arrived he was very prompt and had a specific car that my husband was interested in. Ali informed us of everything to do with a pre owned car. We were shown the one Mark had mentioned but we also saw another that we loved. Ali worked with us and was able to provide us the interest rate, the trade in on our truck and also kept our payment right were we needed. We took home a car that we absolutely love it. It was a car that we had not seen on line because it had just arrived. We are so very happy with the customer service we received from Ali, and also with Jamie Longway who was the finance person. He spoke to us about the extended warranty's that were available. We purchased the warranty's as well. We will definitely recommend Handy's to everyone we know is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
