Our salesman, Ali, comes through again finding me a Rav4 Prime that I wanted and in record time. Previously he found a Rav4 Hybrid with the color and options that my wife wanted. But Ali pulled it out of his hat you might say, just as he did with my new Rav4 Prime, which is extremely difficult to get without waiting months and months. Have been dealing with this dealership for 5+ years. Have gotten 4 vehicles from them. First car was a 2015 Corolla. Then I went to the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid after totalling my Corolla. Then went to the 2020 Have gotten 4 vehicles from them. First car was a 2015 Corolla. Then I went to the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid after totalling my Corolla. Then went to the 2020 Rav4 and now just traded into a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid. Excellent customer service, and treatment of customer. Always feel welcome and am treated like family. Even received a free hat for veing a repeat customer and loyal customer. Will always go back to dealership for my needs for a vehicle. More
