I lost 2 cars in a flood and I was able to secure great deals on 2 brand new Hondas at Braman. Express Service Adviser Denise Van Rhyn was very sympathetic to my situation when I brought in my 2012 vehicl deals on 2 brand new Hondas at Braman. Express Service Adviser Denise Van Rhyn was very sympathetic to my situation when I brought in my 2012 vehicles which were both declared as "total loses" by the insurance adjuster. Denise asked me all the right questions and gave me sound advice on my situation. She also gave me the name of Internet Sales Consultant Sam Pola. Sam was perfect for me to work with because I love to do everything on the Internet and through text and emails. Sam made the process of purchasing a new truck and leasing a new CRV very convenient for me by working on all the details of both deals through digital means. I know that I requested more from Mr. Pola than he was probably used to in way of price, options and details concerning the deal. Mr. Pola never blinked and provided me with all materials that I needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchases. By the time I came in to close the deal, all that was left was to sign the paperwork. That too was also made as seamless and fluid as possible when working with Billy Ead and Alfonso Murcia. They had everything printed and ready with every detail correct. All the paperwork was handed to my wife and I with zero pressure, they explained all the important details and answered any questions we had. I truly can't imagine the deal I got getting any better or handled with more professionalism than what I received from the Braman Honda staff. More

I set-up a service appointment with Denise Ran Rhyn for regular service on my 2012 Civic. Denise met me upon arrival and had the car serviced within a short period of time and returned my keys. I spoke with my salesman Barry Rosengarten afterwards about the 2013 model. Barry put together an acceptable deal and the paperwork was done professionally by Aolfonso Murcia. I am happy with the new Civic which has nicer appointments than the previous model. More

This was the first time I purchased a new vehicle using the American Express car-buying service. When I logged into their program, (4) local dealership names and addresses appeared that participated. Bra the American Express car-buying service. When I logged into their program, (4) local dealership names and addresses appeared that participated. Braman Honda of Palm Beach was one of them. Rick Greenlee responded to my inquiry and we shared a few e-mails, back and forth concerning price confirmation, what the Amex price included and did not include, color, model, etc. I set up an appointment with him and visited the dealership. Rick is an awesome member of the Braman Sales Team. It was a pleasure working with him. I received everything that was quoted and promised to me, and more! I wasn't happy with the vehicle that I was initially interested in due to color changes in the new model year. Rick advised he would be able to get me whatever I wanted, in or out of stock. I ended up getting a vehicle that was in stock. We completed the paperwork and I worked with Alfonso Murcia, as well. Again, Alfonso was a perfect gentleman. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Both Rick and Alfonso completed the sales transaction without any hassles or pressure. It was an excellent experience. I got the car I wanted at the finance percentage I wanted without any un-necessary haggling and pressure. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Rick and Alfonso. More

Everyone at this dealership was wonderful very attenitive but without pressure.Explained everything about the differences in the cars we were interested in. They were all very efficient in thier jobs.We didn but without pressure.Explained everything about the differences in the cars we were interested in. I selected Braman Honda of Palm Beach simply because I knew Braman did volume and volume spells savings. I must mention this is is my sixth new Honda since 1991 and my first from Braman Honda of Palm Beac knew Braman did volume and volume spells savings. I must mention this is is my sixth new Honda since 1991 and my first from Braman Honda of Palm Beach, Florida. Braman Honda did save me money and I did purchase the exact vehicle I envisioned. The key and perhaps the most important area was my experience as a customer. My consultant, Richard Greenlee expertly guided me through the car buying hurdles. Working closely with Finincial Consultant, Alfonso Murcia, I was quickly qualfied to take home any vehicle in the spotless showroom. Never was I made to feel unfortable or rushed. Mr. Greenlee's extensive knowledge and confidence in Honda, helped me immensely. The new and used vehicle selection was limitless. I was introduced to the service department staff, surprise, and can honestly say they were true professionals. At times, I forgot the fact I was about to spend a large sum of money. I was comfortable, felt informed and excited to know I about to own a Formula One inspired, six cylinder coupe for under 100,000 dollars. Mr. Greenlee explained in-depth the highlights of my new coupe, maintenance indicators and Honda's in-sightful development of Honda Accord. My sense of satisfaction that cannot be duplicate.
