Let's talk about what we weren't told: - we were asked to sign off on what would be financed, but when we added up the total, they hid $1500 in gap insurance that wasn't listed or discussed. - we were no to sign off on what would be financed, but when we added up the total, they hid $1500 in gap insurance that wasn't listed or discussed. - we were not advised that they would not stand by the advertised rate - there was a $2,600 dealer charge - My bank had run my credit and the three main agencies came back with 754, 763 and 754. They said it was 716... huh? I had the agency scores printed. - When we finalized the sale, we found out that there was only one key - you didn't think this was important to let us know up front? The excuse - "we told you it wasn't certified - if you wanted a certified car, that would be a $2000 charge." So, $2,000 for a standard second key. Don't go in - talk to a salesperson beforehand and ask for a total of all charges before stepping foot in this dealership. Also, get your financing elsewhere - they are not transparent or honest. More
