Alexander Deraas was so easy to work with, I sent in a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. His time management is great, and he is very honest and open as far as payments etc. The managers are very easy to work with, and the process was faster than I expected. Spent a total of about an hour at the dealership and was off in my new car. The finance manager did not pressure me, and was very efficient and knew his stuff! John was extremely helpful and genuinely cares. When I first walked up to the reception desk an older sales lady was bad mouthing a salesman to the receptionist. That put a bad taste in my mouth .
