The service center has been fine and have been helpful and considerate. However, the sales department has continued to tell me lies regarding how the plan to support me. Positive Alex, the sales person I worked with, was awesome. Negatives The management is awful. I communicated with three managers at this dealership. The finance manager provided me with inacc awesome. Negatives The management is awful. I communicated with three managers at this dealership. The finance manager provided me with inaccurate information on registering the vehicle. His customer service skills also need work. The manager of the dealership is completely apathetic. I sent him an email to which he never responded. My concern was sent to the sales manager and he never responded. Do not expect this dealership to be any help whatsoever after leasing or purchasing a car. It is clear to me they only care about getting your money. I would like to send customers here, because Alex was awesome. Unfortunately my advice is to avoid this dealership and VW completely. The ID4 I leased already has issues with only 3000 miles on it. I do not trust VW or Tynans. They could have had a life long customer, but instead they are losing my business and that of many others. More
