I bought my car from Subaru of Wakefield/Al Mazin in November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the post purchase inspection. Al and the team (Alex and Erica) made sure to fix the problem at no cost and make sure my vehicle was back on the road in no time! I will buy all of my Subarus from Al and Subaru of Wakefield!! More

As of yet, we have not had our car serviced here and cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out beari cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out bearings, which we had brought to the attention of our sales person. We don't know if this was a problem originating with the service department or the dealership, Once resolved we proceeded to purchase the car. More
