I had quite an enjoyable experience purchasing through the Costco program and Precision Honda. Alex did an excellent job assisting me in the process and was very responsive via text messaging. I had an amazing car shopping expience at Precision Honda. From my initial interaction with Chris, the floor manager, I got the sense that he wanted to get me the best deal possible, he appreciated my Honda. From my initial interaction with Chris, the floor manager, I got the sense that he wanted to get me the best deal possible, he appreciated my business and wasn’t just in a hurry to close a sale. A few days later, after I shopped around a bit, I gave Chris a call and he partnered me with Alex Rios. When I came back in I was met at the entrance by Chris and Alex who welcomed me back. Alex had the CRV that I was looking for ready and went over all the features in detail to ensure that it was a perfect fit. Alex did not waste my time haggling, instead, he presented me with the best deal possible and I happily accepted it. Once Alex was done with his portion of the deal, he walked me over to Evarist to complete all the paperwork. Though this part of the process took some time it flew by because my conversation with Evarist was very engaging, he really made me like he cared about me and my growing family and even gave me some tips. Before driving off the lot, Alex gave me some information on the driving tech and made sure I didn’t have any extra questions. The transaction didn’t end there, Alex went the extra mile and delivered the second key fob for my CRV to my home, saving me the trip. The whole team at Precision Honda made this a great experience! More
