I enjoy the service I receive every time I walk into the dealership. Brandy has been my service advisor for so many years. She never changed her attitude always positive and good vibe. I love seeing her when I walk into the service department. She always asks the right questions and offers all the necessary services that my car needs. She never tries to sell me any services I don’t need. She always remembers to ask about my family and my parents and relates easily. She makes sure that I am comfortable if I am waiting for my car or makes sure I get a loner to utilise my time as a busy mom. I have been to other dealerships but I never experienced this level of service out of any other dealership (including other BWM dealerships) I really appreciate your customer service Brandy! Keep up the good work. It means a lot to your customers and adds a lot of value to the dealership since people always want to bring back business. Have a great day! More
