Purchased a new 2023 rav4 hybrid and the whole process was great. The car was on order for 8 months until i settled with one with less options than I wanted. Overall, I was really happy and satisfied with my Rav4 purchase. I spoke to Michael on phone prior to coming there in-person and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very transparent purchase. I spoke to Michael on phone prior to coming there in-person and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very transparent and honest, walked me through all the vehicles that were available, pricing, leasing and purchasing options etc., on the phone which made me comfortable to come and look at the car, which I did later that day and ended up purchasing the vehicle.
