Sean did an amazing job as always coordinating everything behind the scenes and made sure the entire process was seamless. And Al, my salesman, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Everyone was transparent, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. I couldn’t be more impressed with a dealership! ! I arrived at 9:30AM on Saturday to pick up my new Escalade Sport. I was not happy the look of the 22 inch stock rims. Al from sales stated we’ll jus ! I arrived at 9:30AM on Saturday to pick up my new Escalade Sport. I was not happy the look of the 22 inch stock rims. Al from sales stated we’ll just wait for Mike and we’ll figure it out. Mike Xidea is the owner. Al and I decided which rims would work best, but it would take a few days for the switch. Once Mike arrived, he said he could do it today. He was there on a Saturday and physically moved the car to the shop to make the necessary adjustments. Unbelievable customer service!! Omar from Finance was in on his Birthday helping get the best rate possible. I stated I can get 4.99 at my bank. He said can I see it? I showed him and he already had his rate waiting and beat it. Mike knows how to hire them… because they are all top of the line. Al kept me entertained, while waiting and walked me through all the controls on the new vehicle. I just want to thank everyone at Cadillac of Norwood and anyone looking for a Cadillac… you must make this place your first stop!! More
