Poor customer service Went in to Westbury Toyota to do an early renewal lease. The day of transaction everything went well. Turn in old car and got lease for the new car. Went in to Westbury Toyota to do an early renewal lease. The day of transaction everything went well. Turn in old car and got lease for the new car. A month later I receive 2 invoices, one for the car that I returned and one for the new vehicle. I called them and spoke to the sales rep Alex. He was very short and rude on the the phone. Said he would call me back and never did. I called their financial rep and found out that no paper work was sent in to the financial company. Now it's up to me to clear up this mess. Finally after being put on hold for close to 45 mins I got the finance guy at Westbury Toyota and he is still looking for the paperwork. Problem still unresolved after 3 days. My advise " 1) Be very careful when you get a sales person that's rushing you and speaking very quickly that you might bypass important information. 2) Do the deal only if it feels right." More
