He was honest, reliable, and very helpful throughout the entire process! He never once made me feel pressured, only made sure that I was really happy and comfortable with the vehicle I was looking at buying. Bryan Muller was VERY helpful when looking at used cars on the lot! Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful!! Financing a vehicle can get very stressful, but it wasn’t for me because of Chris McCoy!!!! All I can say is WOW!! We were in his office 30 minutes and got everything signed and sealed!!. Sheilah Smith is in charge of the rental car department and I can not give her enough praise!! She put me in a car that I was comfortable with and after being in a bad accident she stayed in touch to make sure I was okay. They go above and beyond and I can not give them enough credit! Customer Service will exceed your expectations I came in with my guard up although I read good reviews. In my mind I knew it would be a high pressure sales pitch and I would be worn out after makin I came in with my guard up although I read good reviews. In my mind I knew it would be a high pressure sales pitch and I would be worn out after making me wait hours. That never happened the process was quick everyone was friendly I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable rate. Alex Dooley my sales rep was great the only regret is I can’t give credit for the great service from the finance person that helped me and the rep that helped me get everything set up in my suv because I can’t remember there names. I have already talked about my experience with family and coworkers. More
