Our experience at Honda of Ocala wasn't remarkably different than other competitive dealers (showroom could use some refurbishing), but the main thing was the dealership had product we were shopping f different than other competitive dealers (showroom could use some refurbishing), but the main thing was the dealership had product we were shopping for, and we were pleased with our business sales experience with Alex Bowers. He was affable and very knowledgeable, which enabled us to make purchase decisions easily and quickly. Made an appointment with Alex to discuss specific vehicle purchase. He was ready when I drove in the lot and he had the vehicle ready to test drive as soon as we finished our initial discussion. He answered all of my questions professionally and honestly, respected my knowledge and was honorable of my need for COVID protocols. Some back and forth with terms with sales manager (Tony ?) but respectful and professional. Troy in finance was just as professional and explained options well. They were able to handle every transfer needed - plates, insurance etc. before I drove off the lot. A very professional experience, would recommended at least giving them an opportunity to help you out. More
