Was very happy with how fast they were able to service the car. Was not very happy that when was told the total, she left off tax. Also we weren’t given notice upfront that if we paid by credit card there the car. Was not very happy that when was told the total, she left off tax. Also we weren’t given notice upfront that if we paid by credit card there would be an additional charge. This should been explained when we were told the price before we picked up; not everyone carries checks on them. Also felt she was not very clear on explaining what was wrong and the confidence if the issue would be resolved. More

Positives- Aleiah was professional, friendly and efficient Able to schedule same day Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Negatives- Took much longer than I expected. Salesperson came in 3 times looking for people who wanted to "trade in" their vehicles when we were clearly there for service...made me feel awkward. Overall satisfied and would mostly return when needed. Thank you. More

I have been going to Russ Darrow Honda consistently for the last 5 years. My last visit was the most frustrating visit to date. IMy Honda Odyssey has been in the service department getting an oil change. A the last 5 years. My last visit was the most frustrating visit to date. IMy Honda Odyssey has been in the service department getting an oil change. As a normal procedure the tech sends a video of the service being done and mentioned the back brakes were pretty bad at a 2. So instead of getting a call to tell me about it I found out from the video and had to call back myself. As it turns out, the rear rotors were warped, which I am guessing it's from the brake pads being worn so low. This putt my family at risk, especially since my car has been in the shop a few times getting an oil change. Then I end up having to pay over $600 which is ridiculous for the work, that if caught earlier would have only been brake pads They couldn't even fill my tires with air properly. From my tire rotation and will change.All 4 tires were different psi. This dealership is very convenient for me, but this will the last time I take any of my vehicles to them. We were traveling a lot for baseball which I prefaced with the advisor. I called Jon to help after seeing the video and he was great, but some of the others not so much. More
