My sister and her husband had just purchased a Honda Odyssey 2012 and really liked it. My vehicle was totaled and I needed a vehicle pretty quick. They really liked their experience and their salesman Odyssey 2012 and really liked it. My vehicle was totaled and I needed a vehicle pretty quick. They really liked their experience and their salesman Jeff Dales. So I asked them to have him look and see if he had a good used van with 8 passenger, etc. He looked and was able to find what I needed. We came from Springfield, Illinois and gave him only a short notice we were coming and he worked us in. We discovered that the vehicle hadn't been detailed as it should and he got right on having it set up to come back for the service. He checked with me the next day to make sure everything was still good. So overall it has been a wonderful experience. Also I LOVE the vehicle!! Thank you Jeff and thank you Bommarito Honda. More

This dealership has it all I had another great experience buying a car from John Hart. I bought my first Honda from him in 2013 and returned to buy the exact same car 6 years la I had another great experience buying a car from John Hart. I bought my first Honda from him in 2013 and returned to buy the exact same car 6 years later. My son and I now have matching Honda’s to drive and I can depend on our cars for many years to come. I am regularly at the dealership for my maintenance work and they are all so friendly and easy to deal with. More

Greatest shopping experience I was not looking to buy a new car. I have loved my 2011 Honda CRV since the day I got it. I could have been a true spokesperson for the reliability o I was not looking to buy a new car. I have loved my 2011 Honda CRV since the day I got it. I could have been a true spokesperson for the reliability of my Honda. Plus every experience I ever had with Bommarito Honda was always delightful! When I recently was there, and as always treated amazing by the Service Department, I found the car I wanted to replace mine. I met Susan Doyle and she was like being with a trusted friend. She was outstanding! She showed immense patience in dealing with my lack of ability with technology. Encouraging me the whole way. She explained everything this car had to offer and it was truly a lovely, painless experience. It was FUN! I would highly recommend Susan, the service department and the Finance Manager, Jim Finncannon. They made me getting my new car A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. More

Great salesman/CHEAP USED CAR MGR. Your used car mgr knew that he was getting a good used van. Yes, it had 169,700 miles on it, but Honda is supposed to be a dependable vehicle w/ good Your used car mgr knew that he was getting a good used van. Yes, it had 169,700 miles on it, but Honda is supposed to be a dependable vehicle w/ good re-sale. I put new shocks on it in Jan., 2019 at a cost over $500; new battery and Michelin tires in Oct., 2018, over $600+. We were treated cheaply; We were given 2 K and I know it sold in about a wk advertised at $6349 on the internet. There were 3 or 4 similar odysseys of about the same age and mileage and I know ours sold first, w/ nothing done to it. Hood chips were not taken care of, etc. I am really disappointed by the cheapness of the used car mgr.. Yes, I understand the economics of overhead and commissions. I wish I had asked to speak directly w/ the used car mgr!. How do I know that the salesman even went back to him, as we dickered on the trade in value of our '08 Odyssey? Your guy must really want to low ball people just to make himself look good! I should have asked for a little more just for customer loyalty. I feel like the 10 yrs of loyal customer service w/ Bommarito Honda meant nothing. I had sold all 3 of our previous vans (Dodge grand caravans) myself, having taken good care of them. One lady made a comment that our van looked like brand new inside. I would not have sold junk/poorly cared for vans. As Jeff could attest to, he could see that my husband was not very well. I could not even have my husband change the license plates-last time he tried that, he fell backwards, hit his head and went to the ER. So I guess, guys, I was at your mercy on that one. Again, Jeff showed his salesman experience. Shame on the used car mgr. Was he too busy and in a hurry? A call back would be nice! More

Salesmen was experienced,well informed, and provided a no pressure sales environment. Financing department was a bit more time consuming than expected but again very low sales pressure to upgrade. Very helpful with finding right lending institution. Over all great buying experience! More

Smooth experience We walked in and the car we were looking to take a look at was sold the previous day. However on the drive home after the purchase we noticed an issue with the transmission that is known on the Honda vehicles. I was initially worried, but Don was able to take care of the situation and the service department addressed the issue. More
