Bill Gann was an exceptional sales person, he was professional, personable, courteous, & attentive to our needs. I live approximately 2.5 hours south of the city of Elk Grove; Bill kept the lines of communication (phone, email, text message) open & provided timely updates throughout the entire buying process. The Tacoma was on site, but the Prius wasn't, Bill and his colleagues secured a dealer trade in very short order. In addition, their prices were of unmatched. I shopped Northern & Southern California Toyota dealers, they couldn't/wouldn't beat or match the price of the vehicles. Lastly, the Finance Department Managers (Nai Saechao & Alberto Aguilar), like Bill, were complete professionals, they were thorough in providing the requisite information related to the packages (vehicle protection products & services) but allowed us the liberty to choose based on our needs, not the needs of the dealership. I whole heartily recommend Elk Grove Toyota. More

Good People, great cars There was no pressure from sales person (Jim Chase) when I explained I wanted to "try on the cars". He was patient and showed me to where the car(s) w There was no pressure from sales person (Jim Chase) when I explained I wanted to "try on the cars". He was patient and showed me to where the car(s) were located. My husband and I climbed into a few cars and were allowed to freely explore. Jim came and checked to see if we wanted to test drive any of them and of course we did. He answered my questions and gave me a brochure of the car I was considering. I was able to do more research with that info. My husband has bought cars here previously and is a regular in the service department for maintenance on his work car. The people are friendly and competent. Once I decided I wanted the 2018 RAV4 I submitted my credit app and Pete Johnson emailed and called on me. He was very informative and helpful with getting numbers for me quickly on the LE and XLE. He even found be a Black Currant color. I came back in to test drive the xle with Jim and afterward we found the Black Currant one on the dirt lot, it was very pretty and I decided that was the one I wanted. I made an appt to come in on Sunday 4/22 to make the purchase. All went very smoothly and I left with my brand new RAV4 a few hours later. More
