As of yet, we have not had our car serviced here and cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out beari cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out bearings, which we had brought to the attention of our sales person. We don't know if this was a problem originating with the service department or the dealership, Once resolved we proceeded to purchase the car. More

Al, Anna, and Mike were wonderful. Anna helped me initially to find the vehicle that I was looking for via email and phone calls. Al took it from there, and made the experience in the dealership efficient, effective, positive, and without any surprises.
