I visited two other Toyota dealers in the area, and my experience here was phenomenal, which was in stark contrast to my experiences at the other dealerships. Aiyad was a pleasure to work with. He didn't experience here was phenomenal, which was in stark contrast to my experiences at the other dealerships. Aiyad was a pleasure to work with. He didn't talk payments, he didn't try to add a 25% "market adjustment" (you read that right), he didn't try to give me an exorbitant interest rate (double what Toyota was offering for perfect credit) (you read that right again), and he didn't waste my time (that classic old tactic of getting the customer to invest so much time that they eventually accept an inferior deal out of frustration and exhaustion) (I didn't think that was still a thing, but it is at a nearby Toyota dealer just south of this one). I was a serious buyer, and I wanted to purchase a Toyota. I was treated well (no silly games!), and I received a good deal. We're new to the area, and this is my new Toyota dealer. Great job Aiyad! More
