The first person that I meet at Imperial Chevrolet was Aline Almeida (Nyne) I was looking for a Camaro LS2 or a LT1, and she was an expert when talking about Camaros. I had a lot of questions since I am an international student and it was my first time buying a car, nonetheless, she was able to answer each one of them and help like no one else, in the previous dealers. She was very knowledgeable about Camaros and very friendly. She did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle, instead she gave me a huge discount and was able to give me a better price that the previous dealers, and the best part is that I did not have to do anything else like opening an account in Credit Union in order to qualify for the discounts. This white Camaro did not only had a red stripe, but she also was able to give me a better price. She was very clear and explained me everything with patient, since it was my first time really did not have an idea of how the buying process was. I had a pre-approved loan from Bank of America, which at the end did not work; the loan was declined when Bank of America realized that I was on F-1 visa status. Nevertheless, I kept the contact with Aline and Ahmad Al-Jallad (The Finance Manager at Imperial Chevrolet). Both of them did the impossible to find a new loaner willing to approve me a loan with my Visa Status. They both were very dedicated in order to help me to find a different loan, despite my visa status. I received call/text from Aline and Ahmad almost everyday, informing me how thing were moving. They finally found a new loaner for me. Both were willing to help me as much as possible, they found me a very low interest rate. It is extra to say that they literally did the impossible in order to help me. I really appreciated their motivation and enthusiasms in order to find the best for me. As an international student I am not familiarized with much of the process or paperwork needed when you are buying a car, Aline very friendly decided to do much of it for me, even some things that most dealers will not to do for their customers. I could not be more satisfied and thankful with Aline, Ahmad and Imperial Chevrolet. They have an awesome environment and customer service, I felt very confident and comfortable during all the process, and I definitely would not hesitate in buying a car again from them. More

About a month ago I had decided I will need a newer car. A co-worker said I should really give them another shot. I did and to my surprise was very pleased. Rodney, the sales person who greeted me, was very nice and professional. I don't think he knew what he was in for as I was very defensive due to my past experience with this dealership. Rodney, lets say, put up with me and eventually my attitude changed and I was very pleased with the service I received. I ended up driving away with a new 2015 Chevy Trax that I absolutely love. Thank you Rodney!!! :-) More

Neither of the two pressured me or made the experience stressful. I would highly recommend working with both of them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Overall, this is my second purchase at Imperial and I would definitely go back. The salesmen and management are great to work with and make the process easy! The only room for improvement would be for the finance staff to share in the same customer oriented view all the sales staff I've dealt with have shown. More
