After failed alignment attempts at a local shop And a competing Toyota dealer, I took it to Pat Lobb to try and get my alignment back to normal and my steering wheel straight. Cannon Campbell worked with competing Toyota dealer, I took it to Pat Lobb to try and get my alignment back to normal and my steering wheel straight. Cannon Campbell worked with me, to ensure it was correct. I drove it a week, and it was still off a little, for my likings. Today, I returned to have it “checked” and without hesitation, they pulled in around and performed another alignment and test drove the vehicle with the foreman and the tech. Initially, I checked the car in with Agrin and he was excellent to work with on the phone and at check in. Guess he will be my #2 behind Cannon! Pleased to report, truck drives straight and my wheel is straight. I am a picky customer and Cannon Campbell treats me with respect, fairness, promptness, and always has a smile on his face. He is genuine and I appreciate that. His attention to detail and thorough explanations and prompt service are unmatched. He is my “go to” up there.
