Good experience except.. I liked our salesman. He really knew how to demonstrate the vehicle capabilities on the test drive. I am pleased that the process was relatively painl I liked our salesman. He really knew how to demonstrate the vehicle capabilities on the test drive. I am pleased that the process was relatively painless. However I feel we were misled regarding XM radio. At no point were we told we could only get XM with the Grand Touring AND the Bose sound system. We were under the impression, and never told the contrary, that the Sound System included XM. I made specific references several times about my desire for XM and was never told it wasn't on the vehicle we'd chosen. As a matter of fact I asked a final time when we were getting ready to leave and I was being shown the features and was just told that I had to call them myself to set it up. I feel I was lied to. I love the vehicle but am disappointed. More
