The salesmanship and service have been good. I’m a regular patron at the dealership. I ran into a couple of snags regarding my down payment. My check with my previous address was not refused for a down payment, but had been accepted for service work many times. Regarding the amount I have spent on service at this dealership for my previous VW car, I would have thought I would have been offered a better trade in amount, not the case. The car detail after purchase was noticeably dirty with marks on the interior and windows. Larry is an excellent salesman and was very helpful. Generally, I feel that Pete Moore Imports has been helpful and has looked out for my best interest, with the exception of the down payment and trade. I had to send a wire transfer which was problematic and stressful. Still not sure why my check was refused when checks had been accepted for expensive car service at the dealership. More
