We had never experienced a car accident nor the red tape which occurs afterwards. Well both Adrian and Zach were extremely helpful in not only purchasing a new vehicle but assisting us with wrapping up all the difficulties of our previous vehicle. The vehicle my husband chose was not located at the Gunn dealership where Adrian was located at, however because he knew what we wanted, he went to pick up the vehicle and have it ready for our designated time of arrival. Adrian was very up front about pricing, truck details, warranty, and overall services from Gunn. He made us very comfortable and we felt we could trust him. These characteristics are what convinced us that purchasing at Gunn was the right choice. Zach was extremely helpful as well, assisting us in negotiating the right finance deal for us. When we went to finalize our purchase I was on my lunch break and both Adrian and Zach respected my time and got us taken care of quickly and most importantly accurately! This was our first purchase at Gunn and we will most definitely purchase again! Business and Customer focused I never had a dealership so attentive to my needs and creating a World-class experience! I had been looking online for a vehicle, due to my car being I never had a dealership so attentive to my needs and creating a World-class experience! I had been looking online for a vehicle, due to my car being totaled. The moment I entered the site, there was online help there to answer questions. I decided to fill out a credit app, and was contacted within minutes!! My salesman, Adrian Garza, answered the many questions I had, and found answers for specific finance questions I had. My apptmt day was no different...greeted me, had a few cars lined up, and started the Test drive process. I settled on one, but since I had to wait a week for settlement, I would just put a deposit down and come back; nope not their way of finishing. I was told that due to my credit app, I would be driving home today; and finalizing when I had the check. Wow!! Well I had a rental, so I told him I'll be back...nope, they said they would handle the rental process from here...see you in a week. I've just never had a dealership be that trusting and helpful. I will be telling my friends about the the world class service I had today! Thank you Gunn Honda! More

Also he was as helpful as he could possibly be and always available to speak with me and my family. We gave him a hard time, but he handled it well. We bought a Honda accord. The price they quoted; was honest and true when we got there. We drove from Waco to San Antonio. So the honesty was much appreciated. They appraised our car over the phone and gave us even more when we got there. We dealt with tim Lopez when we were actually at the dealership. Such a great guy and made the while experience fun. Will recommend to everyone. More

Sold a car out from under me. Just to get me in the door? I've been looking at cars for weeks, and I finally saw a car on Autotrader that fit everything I was looking for. I called Gunn Honda and set up an ap I've been looking at cars for weeks, and I finally saw a car on Autotrader that fit everything I was looking for. I called Gunn Honda and set up an appointment to see and test drive the car. Less than an hour later, I arrived for my appointment, and the car had already been sold. Then they sat me down with a salesman to see if there was anything else I might be interested in. He kept trying to plug their new cars because of this deal they were having at the time for a few thousand dollars off. Well guess what, buddy, that's still way outside the price range I told you I was looking for. I feel like they just wanted to get me in the door so that I would buy something else from them. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat people. I realize that if someone wants to buy the car, you're not going to make them wait just so that I can come look at it. But you could have at least called and told me before I drove across town. Then I might have still considered using your dealership when I finally do buy a car. More
