I recently purchased my Rouge from Tynann’s Nissan. My experience with them has been awesome. After purchasing my car I felt like my breaks were a little off, something didn’t seem right. I called the service department and they scheduled a date to check out my car. They provided transportation while they had my vehicle. They are friendly, courteous as well as transparent. Taken my Nissan car here twice that I did not buy at this dealership. The service team team has shown zero interest in helping me since I didn’t buy it there. It’s a Nissan. This week I took it in and asked dealership. The service team team has shown zero interest in helping me since I didn’t buy it there. It’s a Nissan. This week I took it in and asked them to look up the power train warranty and they said my factory warranty expired and refused to look up anything else. I also have Toyota gold customer care plan which covers all costs for any repairs Nissan makes, showed that to them and they said they couldn’t work with it. Well Larry H Miller Nissan not only looked up my power train warranty and confirmed it, they also are calling Toyota on my behalf to submit a claim as they fix the car. That’s customer service— your guys are an absolute joke compared to them. Good luck I am telling everyone who will listen how big of a waste of time y’all are. More
