Very attentive to my concerns! The service department has always treated me with respect and listened to my comments on my driving experience. Rich and Adnan have been very friendly and helpful. They have actually saved me money with coupons and distinguishing what is necessary and which services could be postponed without jeopardizing safety. At 124,000 miles, my Altima runs smoothly all the time. Exceptional service and customer relations!! More

Oil change Was in the dealership just over an hour. And they washed my car. Love Tynans. I think my adviser was Adnan, but I wasnt paying attention, so if I'm wr Was in the dealership just over an hour. And they washed my car. Love Tynans. Rude employees I came in with a $40 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation the man who checked me in told me it could take up to an hour and a half. My baby and I came in with a $40 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation the man who checked me in told me it could take up to an hour and a half. My baby and I went and sat in the waiting area the same man came up to another woman in the waiting area and told her that her car took more expensive oil and she said that was fine. Since no one approached me about this I assumed my total would be $40. When it came time to check out the woman at the counter said I owed $62 I asked her why and explained that I came in with a coupon. She called over the man who checked me in and he proceeded to tell me that he explained to me that my car ran on synthetic oil and it would be more expensive. I told him he definitely never mentioned any of that to me otherwise I wouldn’t have been surprised by the price and he insisted that I was lying and that he did have this conversation with me, which he most definitely did not. In the end they took the up charge off my bill but this seems to be something they do to everyone whether it’s necessary or not they get you to come in with a coupon and then up charge you for higher grade oil that your car doesn’t even need. This would be ok I guess if they actually spoke to you about it before the service was performed but to then insist I am lying about a conversation we never had is offensive. I bought my car from this dealership and I definitely won’t be back to have it serviced ever again. More
