I recently traded in my 2023 Nissan rogue for a 2025 Subrau Ascent from Grande Prairie Subrau. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a dealership. I dealt with Kai who was fantastic to Subrau Ascent from Grande Prairie Subrau. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a dealership. I dealt with Kai who was fantastic to deal with. He went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had. I live 6 hours away and he knew a quiet ride was one of my priorities in a new vehicle. He went out of his way and drove the ascent on pave and gravel roads with speaker phone on to give me an idea how quiet it was. I know it doesn't do justice then being there physically test driving it but since I lived so far away, he did that for me. Then when I arrived at the dealership, he was very friendly, happy and eager to get me driving this ascent and finalize the paperwork. I also met the manager Ashlee who also was very easy to deal with. She also friendly, willing to help make the final great deal that worked for both of us. In fiancé I met Adam who also was such a pleasure to work with. FYI; Subrau Ascent is the best vehicle I have owned so far. Very quiet, gentle acceleration (no jerking), lots of room and handle extremely well on pave and gravel roads. I instantly fell in love with it and do not regret my decision. Highly recommend Grand Prairie Subrau!!! More
