Adam Solomon was wonderful to work with. He didn’t use pressure tactics to make a sale & was very accommodating. It was Ryan in the finance department that I wasn’t happy with. I felt very pressured to buy the extended warranty. While my last car I purchased from Spitzer 16 years ago a TSX., we never had any problems & felt we bought a very good product. Ryan made us feel as if the new car would malfunction any day. Causing us to lose.confidence in our purchase. More
