When Adam reported the technician could not recreate the problem he offered me a chance to take the technician out so I might try. Unfortunately I couldn’t either. Adam recommended if I heard the noise again to record it and let him know. Of course when I got home I heard the same noise. I do, however, feel Adam and the technician were trying to help me. I will record the problem and follow up. More
