Granted, they were there to do a job but didn’t realize on how much they gave a xxxx. They not only took the time to get to know you but took the time as well to work hard on getting the vehicle that you needed and at the price that you could afford. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I had the vehicle I needed and that I was satisfied with the purchase and the whole sale process. I would definitely recommend them to everyone to go see them at Villages Subaru before going anywhere else. More

I have been a long time Bill Bryan Subaru customer. This was my first time dealing with Villages Subaru sales department. Adam Peters, my salesman, was outstanding, very cooperative, and supportive. However, the negotiation of a price with the sales managers who determine what the offer will be was "fair" at best. Adam was the "middleman" in the process. It was not clear to me how the starting price was determined and when Adam showed me the document someone used to determine the starting price, the numbers did not match. As a finance person, this drove me crazy, but I was not going to dwell on it because the numbers "were close enough for government work." I have used the service department at Bill Bryan and Villages Subaru for years and have only good things to say about them. More
