I stopped in to see if a new Cadillac would interest me. I fell in love with the 1st car that I looked at. A 2025 CT 4. I bought it and quickly regretted doing so. Too small and cramped. I do love the CT5. My salesman, Adam King made me feel that he was.on my side and worked hard to enable my trade. I would recommend Crestview Cadillac. I would also suggest looking at all of the offerings before choosing. My mistake was my fault but sure was a costly week and 100 miles. . More

I have owned Cadillacs for about 10 years and previously dealt with Cheryl and she was so helpful but Adam King was nothing compared to her. He was not that friendly and I still do not believe that I got t dealt with Cheryl and she was so helpful but Adam King was nothing compared to her. He was not that friendly and I still do not believe that I got the best rate from your finance person, I requested my credit union at 5.5% and I never got that rate even though my person at the credit union said that was the rate. Also, I just purchased an Alpha Romeo and the sales person/finance person was great and there was no comparison to your team at Cadillac. I think the overall team especially talking to them on the phone has gone down, not customer friendly. I tried to get a different sales person but they came sending me back to Adam. In person Adam was friendly but not accommodating during the process of trying to figure out what I should do a few months ago. I would not recommend the Rochester dealership to anyone and if I buy another Cadillac I will be going to another dealership. I also had to request what could I do prior to expedite the process vs them recommending it, like they did at Alpha Romeo. More
