Coming to my rescue I was in need of help for my Encore and Adam H. and Joseph M. were there to help. Both gentelman helped me to understand what was wrong with my car an I was in need of help for my Encore and Adam H. and Joseph M. were there to help. Both gentelman helped me to understand what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix the issues. I was even impressed with how quickly they wrote the paperwork to for the other dealership to fix. I am very lucky that Quebedeaux was there with qualified employees to help resolve any issues. I Highly reccomend Adam and Joey because they treat the customer with compassion like I was family! Great Job to the hard working employees at Quebedeaux. You all deserve a raise!!! More

Emergency service notice on vehicl I can’t say enough about Adam Hensley. Driving into Tucson from Phoenix my Cadillac XTS starting bucking and a number of service items came on the scr I can’t say enough about Adam Hensley. Driving into Tucson from Phoenix my Cadillac XTS starting bucking and a number of service items came on the screen including the service icon. I arrived at 4:30 and Adam did not hesitate to get me the help I needed. He did not care that it was a Cadillac (not sold by this dealership. He did not know at that time I had bought my GMC there. Very impressed with him just jumping into my problem. More

Great buying experience on used vehicle I purchased a 2011 Civic from Quebedeaux and I can only say that the experience was perhaps the best of my 69 years. I apparently got there nearly im I purchased a 2011 Civic from Quebedeaux and I can only say that the experience was perhaps the best of my 69 years. I apparently got there nearly immediately after they took it in on trade so Joe had to pull it out of re-con for me to test drive it. It was priced to sell after a few minutes of discussing price with the manager Gabriel we shook hands on the deal. I imagine at many other used car venues that would have been the end of things but not so with Quebedeaux. They then informed me of their 5-day return for full refund policy and also asked when I wanted to bring it back so they could do a complete detail on it. It was late in the day so set that up for the next day and the detail job was amazing - the car looks great. A couple of issues occurred that I am NOT going to be specific about here because the response of Gabriel was above and beyond and I don't want to set up anyone else's expectations to be too high. I will just say with confidence that you will be happy you dealt with Joe and Gabriel as well as Adam in the service department if you purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. I recommend them and if I am ever in the market for a car in the future they will be my go to dealership. David T. More

Fast engine oil service and inspection with tire rotation. I've been using this dealership for my service needs for the past 1 1/2 years now, but was disappointed when the rep tried to up charge me rotation. I've been using this dealership for my service needs for the past 1 1/2 years now, but was disappointed when the rep tried to up charge me for services not required by the maintenance schedule or necessary. At 33000 miles, the service schedule does not recommend a transmission fluid change or a throttle body cleaning. I'll be in touch with management. More

Always great service . Adam and Alexia (sp) took my truck in for service, due to some other stuff they found we would not have it back for a planed trip on Saturday. Ryan . Check engine light came on I brought my Sierra Denali in to Brian Medina because my DEF could not be reset and my remote starter would not ingage. He told me what may have happened and had the mechanic come and get it. He said will take a couple days and got me a loaner to drive for my wife's other doctors appointments the next couple days. In two days he called me and told me that they fixed my truck and could come down and pick it. seeing it was late I asked if I could pick it up in the morning, he said that would be find. When I showed up, he told me what had happened and they fixed everything and there was NO charge, I was very happy and told him so. Brian will always have my business because he is very thoughtful, pleasent to talk to and he knows what customer service is and he believes it. More
