Brought our 2019 Encore in for an oil change. I gave them the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden, wearing masks and staying away from each other doesn't help in recognizing people. However, I don't think any "blame" lays at their feet. The people that perform the actual service may have "dropped the ball", so to speak, by not having cars washed after performing service. More

Oil change Drop off 2016 GMC for simple oil change 20000 plus miles got a call from service writer saying that the air filter and a cabin filter and that everyth Drop off 2016 GMC for simple oil change 20000 plus miles got a call from service writer saying that the air filter and a cabin filter and that everything else was well and I was owed a detail had previous work done on my sliding warrants back roof section kind of dirty greasy When I picked up the truck it didn’t look like it had not been detailed. I didn’t look at the receipts until I got home and saw that they had charged me for a 3.0 hours detail. $30.00. I was very not happy about my air conditioning blower motor making noise never made any noises called the service writer who was very understanding and was going to order a blower motor for me, made an appointment dropped off truck He called me and said that they had found a seashell, I never have been to the ocean with this truck I am the only owner he took care of it for me and washed it for me. Kevin’s Garber Made the differences of me bring back my 2016 in the future. I know I can take it any G.M location. More

The salesman neglected to advise what was wrong with vehicle. He told us it just came in. The service info was wrong. They were not following through with initial agreement. Each person had different answer if something wrong. After the sale was purchased info changed on deal and told that was nit promised. LIARS!! We asked to see the car on lift but they told us already checked, no need. RED FLAG!!! If we are giving you a large amount of cash, we are going to let our mechanic check it out. That was not ok, we got the car anyway but had a little time to check it over, they later said as is and not willing to negotiate.. They would fix problem but additional money was the only way.. More Details if needed. Thank you. More
