I drove up and had Chet as my guy! He was kind , knowledgeable, and friendly! He gave outstanding customer service! He explained the Honda Pilots controls , he even te explained to my wife. I might add it was Christmas Eve and he had to stay late! Even Tim in financial services stayed later he was also a great help and did explain a lot! Thank you to all you CHET, TIM AND ERWIN! This was our 5th car we bought at Quebedeaux over the years. This time we had Chett for our salesperson and we was awesome. The service team provided terrible customer service. Had Brake issues with the recall on Silverado's. An adjustment was made but I still had issues so I brought it back they replaced the Brake vacuum no charge. A pleasant experience the staff Adam, Juan adjustment was made but I still had issues so I brought it back they replaced the Brake vacuum no charge. A pleasant experience the staff Adam, Juan the shuttle drivers Joey and Paul were all professional and courteous. I now drive my truck without apprehension as the brakes work fine. Showed up for a schedules appointment at 7:30am that I had made a week earlier. My wife's car had been leaking anti freeze since a earlier repair made by you. At 2:30pm I called for status with Adam. I wa had made a week earlier. My wife's car had been leaking anti freeze since a earlier repair made by you. At 2:30pm I called for status with Adam. I was told he would call me back. At 3:45pm I called again and was told that they had looked at it earlier, but not since, no conclusions. I told them to get my car ready I was coming to get it. You have lost a customer !!! More
