Appt 3 Aug 21 for check engine light issue and poor performance. Car engine repairs completed 27 Aug. Picked car up on 28 Aug check engine light still on. Returned car back to Quebedeaux. Still in shop performance. Car engine repairs completed 27 Aug. Picked car up on 28 Aug check engine light still on. Returned car back to Quebedeaux. Still in shop after $5905.64 repair bill. More

Brought the car in for some collision work. Was told would be about 3-5 days to receive the parts…two months later job was still incomplete. They fixed up the old rim as a temporary solution until the n would be about 3-5 days to receive the parts…two months later job was still incomplete. They fixed up the old rim as a temporary solution until the new rim came in. They called to let me know the rim was in and to set up an appointment at my convenience. Was advised that they would need the car for half the day and I could get a shuttle. Called and set up the appointment for Saturday, confirmed it would be half a day and would receive a shuttle. Appointment comes, I’m about to drop the car off. Was advised then that there was no shuttle service on weekends and I would need to pay out of pocket for a rental. Then I was told the car probably would not be done in half a day, like I was quoted before. Mind you, they collected from the insurance and myself, and the job was not completed. Would definitely not recommend and would advise any one not to go here. More

Your partner sitting in the desk next to you jokingly said I would be angry and yelling at you before we were done with our transaction. This brings me to the purpose of this email, I had minimal visibility through my windshield this evening as it poured down rain on my way home from work, turns out someone forgot to replace my wipers but yet I was charged for them. As you can imagine I had a few choice of words for you and your team who left me in the predicament I was in. There’s a certain level of expectation when you visit the dealer, turns out maybe you guys are really no different then a fly by operation. In addition, the oil change and wiper blades that I didn't receive took more than the 30-40min you promised, I ended up waiting 2.5hrs in the lobby with my appointment! I asked for a phone call or email in the morning by someone who can tell me how they plan on resolving the issue without wasting anymore of my time but I never got that call or email. Instead the wipers were installed when I went back to have my $1100 tailgate stereo installed. I wish ended there but it doesn't, I took me a few days to learn my oil filter was only hand tightened as the oils stains on my driveway are a reminder. Your front desk service rep. Thomas does an excellent job removing himself from any blame as he pushes any incompetency to the mechanics in back. I have recently purchased my last two company vehicles with you but I will never visit your center for anything ever again, not even if was free! I will say your shuttle driver is the best thing you have going you...He was a pleasure to deal with. Jesse G. More

I took my Terrain in for a problem with my sun roof. It needed a new track. The sun roof is still having issues. The sun roof shade and head liner are dirty form the work done. There is also sticky residue on the top of car, side of car and inside the doors. these are just a few of the issues. My 2020 Terrain was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. i spoke to a manager and he assured me it would be fixed. Three weeks later I still have not heard back saying they have a loaner car so I can take mine in yet again. Very disappointed in the service I received. I really expected a higher standard from GMC. More

They took 3 hours for a basic oil change and thats with an appointment, the employee was very rude to me and they spill oil on my engine compartment and covered important wires in oil, very messy job for an appointment, the employee was very rude to me and they spill oil on my engine compartment and covered important wires in oil, very messy job for a dealership, stay away.
