Car does not start all the time arrived at the dealership and looked for my salesperson and explained my problem to him. He got a service rep and I explained the problem. They took the car into the service dept and after troubleshooting they determined the battery was the problem. The salesman and the service dept did a great job of getting me in and taking care of me in very good time. They were great. More

Salesman was good, but Adam is awesome. He worked really hard to get us our cars at good deals. He is the only reason I gave 3 stars and why I went back. The problem started Adam is awesome. He worked really hard to get us our cars at good deals. He is the only reason I gave 3 stars and why I went back. The problem started when I brought my new car in for the add-on protectant for the car finish. For two days they had my car, it was returned to me with scratches on the paint finish as well as the interior of the car. And by scratches, I mean gouges. Plus extra miles on the car, with the dashboard readout saying the car was driven aggressively (technology these days is great). And to make things worse, they never called my cellphone (as instructed to do) for pick up of my car. They called my old home phone number which was disconnected 4 years ago. They finally called my husband's cell. Excuse me, this is my car. Mine only. I am the only person on the title for a reason. He was nowhere listed to call. When I tried to complain, I was pretty much was ignored. Al, the manager of the add ons, offered me a "personal apology for my experience". Um, what? My car is damaged and all you offered was an apology? Still isn't fixed. Don't have the money to replace it seeing how I'm paying for the $34,000 car with gouges.... More
