Recently my air conditioning hadn't been working and it was diagnosed by my local mechanic as an issue with the fuse and motor. Just in case, I brought my Chevy back to Elkins (where I had purchased it us was diagnosed by my local mechanic as an issue with the fuse and motor. Just in case, I brought my Chevy back to Elkins (where I had purchased it used) to have everything fixed there. I am so so glad I did. After Elkins' repair department assessed the same problem, they replaced the fuse and fixed the motor, but later that day I realize that the air wasn't blowing cold. I was annoyed to yet again have to head back to get it fixed, and this time my condenser needed to be replaced. My car is out of warranty, so it would be almost $1000, but Elkins covered it! I am so grateful as they really didn't have to do it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and nice, both on the phone and in person. I have a fully functioning car again and it cost a lot less than it should have. I was annoyed at my car crapping out, but I have no complaints about the service at Elkins. More

I WAS ABLE TO GET INTO THE SERVICE DEPT. IMMEDIATELY. THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM(S) IMMEDIATELY (RE: THE KEY AND NOISES). EXPLAINED OTHER RECOMMENDED SERVICES BUT DID NOT "PUSH" THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM(S) IMMEDIATELY (RE: THE KEY AND NOISES). EXPLAINED OTHER RECOMMENDED SERVICES BUT DID NOT "PUSH" FOR THEM TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY, WHICH MADE ME CHOSE TO GET THE EXTRA SERVICES DONE AT THAT TIME. WHILE THERE I INQUIRED ABOUT TRADING IN ONE OF OUR VEHICLES FOR A NEW OR USED VEHICLE IN THE NEAR FUTEURE AND THE SALES REP. I had a big promlem where my car horn was going off whenever I was too close to my car with my keyless transmitters. The service team was able to get me right in and resolved the problem by providing whenever I was too close to my car with my keyless transmitters. I sent my brother into Elkins service department on July 5th 2012.I had an appointment to have a Brake Fluid resovior cap replace due to leaking fluid,an oil change,and the Power steering fixed which I had 5th 2012.I had an appointment to have a Brake Fluid resovior cap replace due to leaking fluid,an oil change,and the Power steering fixed which I had stopped by days earlier and Matt Lippert verified the issue as well as John Chunko the Service Manager.My brother Dennis was called to the desk and told the car was done.He saw that they didnt do anything to the steering and he questioned matt who verified the issue calling it a shaft issue and John Chunko who said he found another one that did it!The 2011 he claimed did it was my brothers car he traded and had no issues!They treated my brother who is handicapped like a piece of dirt intimidating him and using their bodies to push him out!I tried calling and John Chunko wouldnt get on the phone until my 6th call.I tried to tell Jason Elkins what happed and while John Chunko and Matt lippert verified that they in fact lied and there is a serious issue,but they wouldn't work on my car because they didn't like my brother who they did not pay his car off on time risking his credit!I told Jason Elkin ,how Adam Elkin was standing there when my brother asked to talk to someone in the Elkins family, as Matt refused to call them for him!Jason Elkins told me that even if his brother was wrong he will stick by him,because he doesn't need us as a customer or anyone that thinks they can question us!So much for customer service!I will expplain the issue I had with them paying off my car in another complaint for sales! More

Adam was so helpful today going above and beyond helping me with an issue that had been previously repaired a couple of years ago. Elkins has exceeded my expectations for service. They have been freindly, performed great work and have been reasonably priced. They have even washed my car on occassion after service. After accumilating almost 200,000 miles on my 03 Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles from Elkins Chevrolet in the past as well as trusting them to the larger repairs and maintenance items. I have always been treated as if I were their only customer and this visit was no exception. After finding the right truck with the right color and options, I sat down with Jim Horan to discuss the specifics. Within minutes it was clear that Jim knew the details of the new Silverado from top to bottom and side to side. Jim and Joe Capra found all the incentives that were available and gave me a great trade in value as well. The dreaded paper work came next. In the past, it seemed that you could buy a house faster than a new vehicle. Bob Borman was able to get this done effortlessly and explained everything in great detail. When all was signed and I was ready to drive away, Jim jumped in the passenger seat and helped set up the On Star and bluetooth. This was by far one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences to date. I would absolutely recommend Elkins to anyone. I almost forgot, I ordered the remote start and bed rail protectors and was told that the items needed to be ordered. I was surprised when Adam called the next day to set up the installation appointment. Matt in service got me right in and out and even had the truck washed for me. I could'nt be happier with my new truck. More
