They are not a dealership that makes promises and not follow through with them. Our personal experience with was that we had a list of cars to look at and they were our first stop. We loved the car there, but we wanted to make sure it was the car for us. We worked a deal with Novak and explained our plan for the day. They did not push us to buy the car at that moment. They understood what we wanted. Throughout the day we got cute text from our dealer checking in. The way he worded the texts I still did not feel I was being pressured in any way. I felt like I was talking to a friend. By the end of the day and looking at 12 different cars, we new that the car at Novak Motors was the car for us. They made the buying process so easy. They made sure we had the best interest rate and deal. Our monthly payments came out to be exactly what I wanted. Our salesman Julio was amazing! 😊 I highly recommended Novak Motors. More

Lie and rude Bout a 2015 Jeep July of 2018. I was lied to by the finance ofcr who said I would have to buy the extended warranty in order to get the low interest Bout a 2015 Jeep July of 2018. I was lied to by the finance ofcr who said I would have to buy the extended warranty in order to get the low interest he stated the loan company required it. I told him it sounded wrong because I knew it was an option but he insisted, so I bought it that I had to to get the low rate. He said I could cancel in 90 days and get service contract money back in full. I waited for the loan papers from loan company contacted them and they said no service contract was required that it was the dealer trying to up the price. I called and spoke to several employees and finally met with the (new loan ofcr) and told him I was very upset with the dishonesty. The Mgr (can remember him name) stated he was sorry for the wrong information and that the employee was no longer employed there. I cancelled the contract and was told it would be sent to the insurance for refund. I called and spoke to the new loan ofcr who stated it was cancelled on Oct 11 and still waiting. still no refund. I was told by the new loan ofcr it would take 45-60 days and it would be prorated when I was told I had 90 days. But he was so rude and hung up on me. Never again. I will say that the MGR did help with an issue with the Jeep we had. Bad battery was replaced. More
