Dylan explained things fully and was also very efficient - he went through all my options to make sure I was aware of what was available. In doing so, he explained everything and made the entire car buying experience very easy and stress free - constantly offering to assist to make help me with whatever was needed. JJ Moore and Adam Brown went above and beyond. Sunday night my 2022 TRAVERSE wouldn't start. AAA towed it to the closest dealership in Randolph Ohio. Monday morning they called and told me th Sunday night my 2022 TRAVERSE wouldn't start. AAA towed it to the closest dealership in Randolph Ohio. Monday morning they called and told me that they couldn't look at it until Friday. I contacted JJ because I was leaving for vacation on Wednesday. I ended up getting another tow.to Preston Chevrolet and that is where Adam was able to.check the problem and fix it immediately. Thank you so much for your help.
