The customer experience was fine, but yesterday when vacuuming out our forester I noticed that the seats bolts weren't even threaded into the frame. If my wife would've been in an accident she could've vacuuming out our forester I noticed that the seats bolts weren't even threaded into the frame. If my wife would've been in an accident she could've been severely hurt due to the main bolts not even remotely being tightened. We paid a lot of money for a service and was left shocked when I realized that this was the level of service completed. More
