People were very helpful in helping me find the original service person (I had not learned his name) so I could let him have m y cell phone with me. It was a long wait to get an evaluation for a flat tire. However, the service rep, Chris, was very concerned and did the best he could to minimize the inconvenience. I wound up having to get 4 new tires, However, the service rep, Chris, was very concerned and did the best he could to minimize the inconvenience. My service agent took the time to look up my car's recent service history to make sure that I was getting the right regular maintenance service. He discussed my vehicle concerns at length. It's nice to be able to rely on a service department to assess a vehicle honestly and not tack on costly, unnecessary extras! More
