Please avoid going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for purchasing a new vehicle. I just went to enquire about RAV4 but they made me to pay advance amount. The sales person talking to me for an hour compel me sign a a new vehicle. I just went to enquire about RAV4 but they made me to pay advance amount. The sales person talking to me for an hour compel me sign a contract or pay advance amount, since he said I have invested one hour and I am not working for free. Next day he sold me RAV4 XLE with many hidden amount which he did not explain to me. Next is worst part is, Finance manager sold their product which added $100 in the EMI. We said that we already have insurance but he is not ready to leave us with buying their product. Totally all the staff are money minded and not worry about the customer requirements and feeling. So my advice is to ignore Toyota of Tampa Bay when you want to purchase a new vehicle. More

Bait and switch trade in values, and refuse to hand over your car keys when you want to leave! Great environment, if you like 80 salesman standing around and trashy music being blasted inside among sad fluo your car keys when you want to leave! This place is a dump. $3995 Toyota advantage charge on every new car for what? I’d be on some serious meds if I worked here. Abraham abdullah is rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be selling cars. I’ll go anywhere else and gladly pay more to avoid such a poor and shameful experience. Hear that management? I’ll go pay MORE to somewhere that actually has integrity. More

These guys are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt with in my life they just tried to Swindle $6,000 out of me on a $18,000 truck by saying the pre-approval under that I came in the door with piece o with in my life they just tried to Swindle $6,000 out of me on a $18,000 truck by saying the pre-approval under that I came in the door with piece of paper from the bank s they didn't want me to use this because they wanted me use another bank at a higher rate and telling me that my lender denied the loan based off my credit and they never submitted and to them until i said i will contact them myself he ran back and submitted without the required verification paperwork of mine, he came back with saying i only have one option with your credit score and that's to go with this American finance company that they are in cahoots with I say that's not true I just was on the phone with the lender I got this approval voucher made up right before I came here so I know what you're saying is not correct that he comes back to me he submits the application without any of the required paperwork to prove income in all these things that clearly noted as stipulations from my lender he just crossed it out with a magic marker and said no that's not it and he circles to work tonight at the top stopping my challenges from top to bottom and then I look at the sheet that he's got you something this is my only option they quoted me the price for the trade trade in sale walk out the door because they weren't going to make as much money off the deal by giving me the worst deal that they possibly could if you go to the dealership get your own financing lined up because they will manipulate your information submit what they want or probably even worse to get you in belief that you have to go with they're the bag they want you to and they will go as far as falsifying documents and lying right to your face when called out on it. Abraham you're not a good guy man I make 36 Grand a year if you're trying to steal thay kind of money for me just to pad your pocket a little bit without any shame how many people a year do you guys do that to? The manager has not responded to my email asking if that kind of behavior is concerned by his staff sad it's a sad thing to be that dishonest and Ive contacted the appropriate people to expose this More
