Very Disappointed with Salesman’s Behavior. I had a very unpleasant experience with salesman Kazi Kamal at this Honda dealership. When I was buying my car, he was polite and accommodating. I I had a very unpleasant experience with salesman Kazi Kamal at this Honda dealership. When I was buying my car, he was polite and accommodating. I even recommended him to my father, who purchased a car from him as well. However, after my purchase, my registration sticker was mistakenly sent to the dealership’s address. On August 13, I went there to pick it up, and to my shock, Kazi Kamal spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. It is disappointing that after making two sales from my family, he showed such poor customer service. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially when coming in for a simple matter.
