What I liked most was their commitment; to the brand, to each other and to ensuring the customer has exactly what they came for and nothing less. Was never pressured into anything and never tried to upsell and put us into something we didn't want. After the sale, we were given their contact information for questions and if any issues arose. They made themselves available. Most other dealerships once the sale is complete you are forgotten about, not Peoria Acura. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. when it came time to buy Aaron was busy so the sales manager took over. The process then became a bit more of the typical price negotiations/car buying experience. The deal was struck, the car cleaned and fueled and I was given a 15 minute "class" on all the gadgets and do dads. Very helpful and informative. A lot has changed since I bought my last car from a dealer. A pleasant surprise. Thanks Aaron! More
